PROMATION’s PCB Debris Removal System provides in line cleaning of bare PCBs prior to screen printing or other key processes.

The EDR-700 station houses a special ESD brush and vacuum system for PCB cleaning. A complete dust collection through a turbo fan, air blower and particle collection bag are enclosed underneath the conveyor. The brush has adjustable height allowing the operator to set to the desired sweeping distance.

An optional Ionizer is available
