PROMATION designs custom routing systems receiving areas, tote distribution, product testing, and many other types of handling requirements. Depending upon the application, a central PC may be used to design criteria for product recognition, description, bar code and other types of information. This PC would link to PLCs in the routing modules selected.

Work cells may be created as sub or final destinations or work stations may create process flow for assembly, than route product to their final destination.

PROMATION can provide bar code readers, trays, totes and a wide array of transport systems to move product.

Work stations, lighting, LCD screens, part bins, flow racks and many other accessories may be included into the overall package.
