PROMATION offers a variety of magazine handling systems. The Line Un Loader accepts product from the line and places them into Empty Magazines, thus populating each magazine.

The EUD model is our standard line un loader and is available in single magazine, 4 magazine and 5 magazine configurations. For multiple magazine handling systems, buffers may be either in-line or angled toward the rear of the line.

The EMB model is a multi-functional magazine handling system that may be programmed to be a line loader, line unloader, or magazine rack buffer.

The ENB is a Sorting Station for Post AOI applications. Failed inspection products are buffered into a removable magazine. Products that Pass inspection transfer through the station.

All systems are compatible with either CAB or NIKKO magazines. Platforms may also be custom designed to meet customer magazine requirements.
