PROMATION'S ELC-1100P automatic label placer is a versatile next generation system that allows for high resolution labels to be generated and placed onto circuit boards with exceptional accuracy.

Bar Code Label Roll
This in-line production system comes with a 600 dpi printer with precision overhead gantry that can pick and place labels at speeds up to 1000 mm/sec.


The system includes "Teklynx Labelview" bar code label software that allows you to quickly create a wide variety of codes, text and formats.

The PROFLEX base platform is configured to handle 18" x 18" circuit boards. PROFLEX is very economical and rugged enough for 24/7 production.

It is flexible and scalable for large work areas with no loss in speed, precision or accuracy. This scalability is achieved using rotating nut ball-screw actuator technology seen only on high end equipment several times the cost of the PROFLEX system.
