PROMATION
offers an economical Lift Gate
(passageway) conveyor and an Extend to Deliver shuttle station. The
lift gate provides a normally closed pathway for PCB/Pallet
production. Upon request to open, the gate verifies that no PCB or
pallet is in route prior to releasing the latch. Once secured, the
pneumatic latch is released and the gate may be opened. The gate is
counter balanced and has grip handles on both sides. The exit side
incorporates a stop sensor, pneumatic stop and top side rail covers
that allow the gate to be opened, even when a product is present, and
not fall or be damaged.
The shuttle gate
provides a normally open pathway and extends to deliver product when
available. The shuttle gate uses 3 look across sensors to assure that
the pathway is clear prior to extending.
