PROMATION’s  HD platform rounds out our line up. The HD series has been designed for transporting large, heavy PCBs or backplanes on 3 mm edge and is capable of handling 24 inches wide and 36 inch long product.

All platforms are built for long term reliable performance and are available in different size platforms to accommodate a variety of magazine sizes.

NEW - Post AOI  Sorting for Paste Inspection
Customers wanting to promptly correct defects should like PROMATION’s latest offering for post AOI paste inspection. Our
ENG-700F station is used for inspection or touch up of PCBs after AOI inspection. In INSPECT mode, the system receives PASS/FAIL signals from the AOI machine after each inspection. If a FAIL signal is received, the PCB stops in front of the operator and the suspect PCB is raised out of the way for operator inspection. This action allows GOOD PCBs to continue to pass underneath the suspect PCB.
