When the need for high through-put screw fastening is required, the AST-700 fills the requirement. This bottom side fastening system accepts PCBs on an in-line conveyor. A topside securing plate lowers to hold components in place as the bottom side fastening robot automatically feeds screws to the driver and then safely fastens each desired location.  An automatic screw presenter system assures accurate placement of each screw onto the driver head. Second chance and driver purge features reduce false errors.
