Specialty models have included: In-line UV Cure, Substrate and Lead Frame loading and unloading, Intelligent Routing solutions, Wafer Loaders / Un Loaders, Push Assembly Lines and Depaneling.

Our design engineers are highly skilled and can deploy PC based systems or a variety of programmable logic controls.  Again, depending upon the complexity custom controls may also be integrated to meet customer requirement.
