PROMATION’s Lead Frame/Substrate magazine handling stations provides a small foot print, in line process for loading and unloading the line.

The EBL and EBU systems have been designed to operate in a Class 100K clean room, and provide reliable handling to either substrate, lead frame or other products that require clean room handling. The Line Loader extracts product from an aluminum magazine than transfers the product into the next process station. The Line Un-Loader is designed to accept product (from the line) and return the product to the magazine for safe storage.

The magazine buffer racks run toward the rear of the station, minimizing floor space.
