PROMATION’s 1 to 2 (separator) and 2 to 1 (combiner) provide line balancing for differing throughput processes.

The ESC-700 1 to 2 can accept product from a single lane and separate the line into 2 lanes. The ESC-700 2 to 1 accepts product from 2 lanes and combines them into a single lane. Dual Lane conveyors are also used to allow for prompt off loading from the shuttles.

This solution is great for reflow or AOI operations where process times are often longer then the reset of the line, or any other type of similar process.

Note: Actual shuttle distances from process to process vary and should be known when considering this type of applications.
