PROMATION’s vertical buffer systems provide both LIFO and FIFO operation. The ERB-700 station comes with 50 product slots (when at a 10 mm pitch setting) and space saving EBR-700 has 15 slots at 30 mm spacing.

The ERB buffer has an in feed conveyor with pneumatic pushers that either secure the product inside the magazine style buffer, or push the product through to the next process. The magazine style buffer is constructed from precision machined aluminum for long term performance and parallelism. The EBR uses independent belts to drive and buffer PCBs.

The station comes with PROMATION’s One Touch control panel and has selectable pitch control (10 mm up to 50 mm in 10 mm increments).
