PROMATION Work Stations

Looking for an economical way to assembly small to mid size products? The SMWS-700 provides a variable speed, progressive line flow assembly solution. Our 36 inch long work stations may be placed side by side to create a multi-station, progressive assembly environment. For a 3 operator station, combine 3 – 36 inch long stations and a single 10 foot long belt drive system with heavy duty motor and variable speed.

Each operator can have whatever accessories they need to assembly
the product at their finger tips. This solution is great for cell phone
assembly / rework, small appliance, small to mid size tool, medical kitting, and other types of progressive assembly production.

Flow racks may also be added to the rear of each work station for larger sub components.

If you prefer a controlled STOP / START method, PROMATION’s optional Touch Panel controller can provide a digital readout for time selectable Start and Stop sequencing. Just set the amount of time the belts are ON and the amount of time the Belt stays OFF. The variable speed controller allows for distance control of the product during the selected time periods.

Overhead lighting, rear parts bin panel, and bottom storage shelf are standard. Electrical outlets, air outlets, flow racks, tool trolleys, and other features are also available. A wide variety of parts bins are also available in both ESD and non ESD styles..
